  Ask about all their policies beforehand. Showed up to install a dryer, but due to a policy where they cannot touch my washer, they couldn't install it. Fine, did it myself. Not a big deal.
  
  Then they showed up to pick-up the old dryer, but lo and behold, another policy we didn't find out about until the last second, the dryer was suppose to be outside. I was not told this, and of course nobody knocked or rang the doorbell, so they drove off and simply rescheduled. So damn convenient, I'm buying clotheslines next time.
